Obsoleted Stamps will be Withdrawn from sale and Destroyed Special stamps are stamps which have period of issue and shall not be reprinted;
after their period of issue, any unsold special stamps must be destroyed)

1. Up to Dec. 01, 2003, the following stampsets going be obsoleted: 875, 876, 877, 878, 879, 880, 881, 884, 885, 886, 887, 888. 2. Up to June 01, 2004, the following stampsets going be obsoleted: 889, 890, 891, 892, 893, 895, 896, 897, 898, 899, 900, 901. 3. Up to Dec. 31, 2004, the following stampsets going be obsoleted: 903, 904, 905, 906, 907, 908. 4. Following the decision No 79/2003/QĐ-BBCVT of Apr. 24,2003: - The period of issue of stampsets with VNCode from 830 to 848 are extended to June 30, 2004. - The period of issue of stampsets with VNCode: from 849 to 853, from 855 to 866, from 868 to 874 are extended to Dec. 31, 2004.
