Letters Column We are very happy that even in ordinary mail we receive some letters and they would like to share something to Vietnam Postage Stamp. We will publish it on-line in this column, except the uncommon letter we will have private feedback through snail mail. UKRAINE - YKPAIHA Dear friends, Your address I have took from FDC (back side). Why I am writing? From 1991, is very difficult for me to buy some Vietnam Philat. things. So, hope may be is any collectors which are able to exchange stamps and another philat. things with me. Now I have a big interest to all FDC, maxicards with "mush room" stamps (all !!) and so on.
