Over the past 80 years, under the leadership of Vietnamese Communist Party, Vietnam has scored many great and historically meaningful achievements and made a long unprecedented step in history. From a semi feudal – colony country, Vietnam became an independent and freedom country, developed towards Socialism, had a widely international relations and took more and more important position in South-East Asia area and around the world. The reality of Vietnam revolution had proved that Party’s sound leadership was the leading factor determining every victory. On the occasion of the 80th founding anniversary, the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) specially issues the stampset "80th Founding Anniversary of Vietnam Communist Party (3/2/1930 - 3/2/2010)" with 01 value of 2.000d. On the stamp is the image of a hammer crossed with a sickle on the book and the sunflowers. It is said that Vietnam Communist Party who have been leading the Vietnam revolutionary cause from one victory to another in both defending & building the country. In the afternoon, February 2, 2010, the ceremony of the special issue will be held at 57 Huynh Thuc Khang, Hanoi - Head quarter of Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) |
